the location is superb, just a short walk to major attractions. staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable. it exceeded my expectations for a quick stop, especially compared to my last stay in london that was a letdown.

I stayed in a double room for 8 nights, and the location was its strongest selling point, just a stone's throw from the British Museum and other attractions. The room itself was fairly basic, which I expected for the price, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and the shabby decor. While the bed was comfortable, the shared bathrooms left much to be desired, with mould and poor upkeep. Improvements in cleaning and maintenance would make a significant difference in enhancing guests' experiences.

I just stayed in a Single Room with Shared Bathroom. The room was pretty outdated and could have used a good clean. The shared bathroom wasn't the best either. it felt a bit grimy. At least the receptionist was friendly and check-in was quick. The location is really good, though! Right near the action, but that's about it for the positives.
